Any information obtained by any means, is treated with the strictest security and confidentiality.

Naturally, we record information so that we may follow through with your query and get you the information you requested. Any records we keep are for this sole purpose. We do not share, give out or sell, any email or phone information whatsoever.

There may be a support email or phone call from us occasionally, giving you information specific to your product, that we feel is important. For example, manufacturers update software and firmware for elevator controllers periodically, and generally they do this  to improve functionality or reliability. Thus if they advise an update, we will let you know straight away. This type of communication is by it’s nature, very infrequent.
