One of the best customer experiences we can remember is when an elderly individual was feeling that her family was going to make her move.  We installed a stairlift in her home and immediately she felt independent, self sufficient, and most of all happy that she didn’t have to leave the home she felt comfortable in for so many years  That kind of experience is why we started our business.
